American entrepreneurs nominated for the Cartier Women's Initiative Award

Dallas' Katelyn Anderson and Rhonda Harper and San Francisco's Angela Braren have been shortlisted for the 2017 international Cartier Women's Initiative Awards that take place in Singapore on April 12th, 2017.

Designed to support women entrepreneurs, the Cartier Women's Initiative awards were established in 2006 by Cartier, the INSEAD business school and McKinsey & Company. With 18 finalists across the following regions: Latin America, North America, Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East & North Africa, and Asia-Pacific, the awards promote female-led and socially responsible startup companies.

In North America, three finalists have been shortlisted:

Katelyn Anderson, Save Water Co: Dallas-based entrepreneur Katelyn, who is on a mission to save water, has launched a business retrofitting kitchen and bathroom fixtures in multi-family properties which is helping to save 30 million gallons of water a month.

The announcement of the Laureates takes place during the Awards ceremony in Singapore on April 12th, 2017. Each regional winner will be awarded $100,000 in funding, personalised coaching for one year, networking and visibility opportunities.
